Cheyenne, Wyoming - August 15, 2025 - Reliant Processing, Ltd., a subsidiary of Reliant Holdings, Ltd., proudly announces the construction of Reliant’s newest CO2 plant, strategically located in Cheyenne, Wyoming at Dyno Nobel Inc.’s manufacturing site. This new facility continues to demonstrate Reliant Holdings' commitment to innovation, sustainability, and excellence in the industrial gases industry.


The grand opening of the Liquid CO2 plant, which is scheduled for Q4 2025, will support the Reliant Holdings entities as they continue to build on supply reliability and a commitment to support their customers’ current and expanding needs in the Rocky Mountain Region.  The plant's capabilities extend beyond the production of Liquid CO2 to accommodate the supply needs of Reliant Gases as well as the operations of Reliant Dry Ice.

Peter Henderson, General Manager of Operations at Dyno Nobel’s Cheyenne manufacturing site added, “We are excited to partner with Reliant Holdings to turn this project into a reality. Seeing our CO2 emissions being utilized to develop new products for use in local industries is a great example of how Dyno Nobel is delivering on its commitment to sustainability and zero harm.”

The new CO2 production and distribution facility will support the balanced and efficient use of natural resources.  The facility adheres to stringent regulatory standards, prioritizing safety and sustainability throughout the production and distribution process.
