Health

Team members have access to affordable health insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield of TX. Reliant offers 3 different coverage level plans to choose from.

Vision

Vision is offered through VSP. As a VSP member, you get personalized care from a VSP network doctor at low out-of-pocket costs.

Company Paid; Long-Term Disability

Provided at no cost to the employee; Long Term provides income protection once Short-Term benefits have been exhausted.

Supplemental Insurance

Full time team members are eligible to enroll in accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurances.

401k

Full time team members are eligible to participate in the company 401k plan. The company offers up to a 6% match.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

As an Employee you can access the benefits of the Employee Assistance Program through Health Advocate that supplies support services via phone session, online virtual counseling sessions and in-person counseling sessions.

Dental

Dental insurance is offered through Guardian dental with a passive network. Which means you can use any dental provider you choose. There is no in/out of network.

Short Term Disability

Team members have the option to sign up for Short-term disability coverage. Short Term provides income protection during periods ranging from 14 days up to 6 months of non-work-related illness or injury.

Company Paid Basic Life and AD&D

Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment are provided at no cost to the employee. Basic AD&D Insurance will pay an amount equal to the Basic Life benefit.

Voluntary Life and AD&D Insurance

Voluntary Life Insurance is available for all full-time team members. Voluntary Life can provide added life insurance for team members, spouses, and children.

Wellness Program

Team members that are enrolled into the health insurance plan will have full access to the Blue Cross Blue Shield wellness program and the benefits of the program goals.
