Reliant Holdings Ltd. will be bringing two new plants online over the next year. The first plant to be brought into service by the end of 2006 is the Windsor, Colorado plant. The next plant will be online in the 2nd or 3rd quarter of 2007 in Maricopa, Arizona. Both of these plants will be used to process the exhaust from an Ethanol plant. The exhaust will then be processed as food grade, bottler, USP, and dry ice forms of carbon dioxide.

The Windsor plant will produce about 120 tons a day when it is initially brought online. The Maricopa plant will produce 150 tons a day in its initial configuration. An expansion to 300 tons is planned for both plants not long after they are brought online.

These plants will give Reliant Holdings Ltd. a more competitive edge in these areas. Our customers will also enjoy shorter distances for shipments and more reliability in these areas. These state-of-the-art plants are the next step in our expansion process.
