Reliant Processing, LTD is seeking a sheet metal insulator for the Midland/Odessa area. Applicant must be able to apply, remove and repair insulation on industrial equipment, pipes, ductwork, or other mechanical systems such as heat exchangers, tanks and vessels to help control noise and maintain temperatures. Cover, seal or finish insulated surface or access holes with plastic covers, canvas strips, sealants, tape, cement or asphalt mastic. Determine the amounts and types of insulation needed, and methods of installation, based on factors such as location, surface shape and equipment use. Fit insulation around obstructions, and shape insulating materials and protective coverings as required. Install sheet metal around insulated pipes with screws in order to protect the insulation from weather conditions or physical damage. Measure and cut insulation for covering surfaces, using tape measures, handsaws, knives and scissors. Prepare surfaces for insulation application by brushing or spreading on adhesives, cement or asphalt or by attaching metal pins to surfaces. Read blueprints and specifications to determine job requirements. Select appropriate insulation such as fiberglass, styrofoam, or cork based on the heat retaining or excluding characteristics of the material. Distribute insulating materials evenly into small spaces within floors, ceilings or walls, using blowers and hose attachments or cement mortar. Fill blower hoppers with insulating materials. Move controls, buttons or levers to start blowers and to regulate flow of materials through nozzles. Remove or seal off old asbestos insulation, following safety procedures.

The basic function of the ice operator is to ensure the product quality and availability of the dry ice meets or exceeds our customer's needs. The ice operator reports directly to the Plant Manager. Training will be provided so that the operator can do basic maintenance on the ice equipment. The individual must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift a minimum of 60 pounds daily. The operator should have basic trouble-shooting skills and a general understanding of CO2 (training provided). Must be able to work with other operators and on occasion work independently.
